Fandom Culture Pin Ideas

When you really think about it, you’ll realize that everyone is a member of at least one fandom. Think about that show you go crazy for, that video game you’ve played for 8 hours straight, the book genre you love, or that TV series you follow like a religion.

Yes, you certainly belong to one fandom or more, and one of the absolute joys of belonging to one is sharing your love for it with others. That’s why all the companies who release them prepare a line of official merchandise such as posters, screensavers, T-shirts, and yes, even custom made pins.

Pins, after all, are the largest collector’s items of this decade (save, maybe, for rare coins).

If you are curious about fandom pins, or just want a pin idea that expressly says you’re a fan, here are a few:

TV Shows

The new normal these days where we are more cautious about going outside, leaves people more time to catch up on our favorite shows.

Think pins inspired by Stranger Things, The Simpsons, and other memorable TV shows that you’ve watched and loved.

You can make fandom pins of those popular characters, maybe a favorite quote, or a unique symbol that automatically references to those series.

Games

Companies in the gaming industry can also take advantage of adding a freebie to their limited edition package with collectible pins.

Hardcore gamers would tell you that the gaming community is a strong and highly connected one. You can ask that friend that has spent ample time during this lockdown with a headset and a game. They would be willing to have a fandom pin made of their favorite characters from games like Call of Duty to Legend of Zelda, Nintendo, FIFA, and League of Legends, the list is endless.

Books, Comics, and Graphic Novels

Reading books might not seem to be as popular as watching movies, but there is still a select crop of people who love reading. If you belong to this group of people, you can be a more vocal fan.

Get fandom pins of your favorite authors, book characters, quotes, and genres. You’ll be surprised how many of them are out there. If you don’t find what you like, you can get a custom fandom pin to celebrate the book fandom you belong to.

Hearty cheers to book authors whose books have captured our minds, changed our lives, and made us what we are today.

Heroes

Not all heroes may wear capes, but we sure do love our caped heroes. Thanks to the success of a few hero movies, any limited edition hero-themed merchandise can easily be raved about by fans, so if you plan to have a stock of product

As an avid fan of superheroes, what stops you from getting a fandom pin of your fave hero?

Music & Bands

Soulful lyrics, raps, metal, and everything in between. It doesn’t matter what your speed is; music is a strong force in our lives. I must say, the fandom for music and music bands has to be one of the most dedicated out there. They have posters, communities on social media, and enamel fandom pins to boot. Popular or underground, fans deserve a little piece of love for that band by letting them express it through posters, shirts, and of course, pins.

Fan Clubs

Since we’re already talking about fandoms, why not create one for your fan club? The membership feels much more official when the starter pack is filled with exclusive goodies, and you can make an enamel pin as a staple to welcoming the new recruits into the community.
