I wanted to share my work with hopes that this helps our staff and our customers.
In the recent months, our mock up samples display twill issues. The mock up shows 75% embroidery coverage , which means it should have twill in 75% of the design but the notes below are can consistent with the mock up. The notes request 100% embroidery coverage. Therefore, our digitizers don’t know which embroidery coverage to use.
I am not able to assign orders to the factory until the embroidery coverage is clarified with the sales rep and the customer.
In order for production to run properly, sales representatives have to double check that the notes and the actual design match what the customer requested.
This doesn’t happen too much but this is something I think we can approve upon.
