Patches by The/Studio’s New Policy

Our customer’s happiness is very important to us. At Patches by The/Studio, our goal is to make our customers happy, we will go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of every customer.  When ordering a custom made product, the process is completely different than just going into a store and buying something that has already been massed produced. When creating such a unique and one of a kind custom patch , unforeseen issues can occur and cause frustration and unhappiness amongst the customer. The wrong color or other unfortunate mistakes can be the cause of redoing a whole order. Most patch companies will make you wait another 8 to 12 business days if you did not pay for rush shipping. We think this is absurd and completely unfair. With that being said, I am thrilled to introduce our new redo order policy to you! Any custom patch reorder will be automatically upgraded to Rush, even if they just paid for standard shipping! No more waiting 8 to 12 business days for a redo order! We are confident that with our new reordering policy, our customers will be patch happy!
