When a order is complete ,we need follow up with our shipping team to ensure that the address is correct in our system. Sometimes there is no shipping address or the address is not correct in the system. If the order is rushed and the shipping address is missing or incorrect then there will be a delay in the customer receiving their order. This is not acceptable to our customer and to our company standards.
To ensure this doesn’t happen, we double check the shipping address documented in the invoice and make sure it is correct in our system. Only then do we ship the order.
When our customers place their order with The/Studio, they can rest assure that they will get their patches shipped on their deadline.
