The best part about working with The/Studio? You’re welcome to order as few as one custom patch! However, we do offer bulk pricing on orders of 2+. It’s simple — the more patches you order, the more you save.

Here at The/Studio, we respect that you’re a business owner with tight deadlines. On average, custom patches take between two and six weeks — from order placement to arrival on your doorstep.

The/Studio doesn’t just offer basic sublimation or quick customization. We’re a true custom manufacturing company, which means you can customize every aspect of your wholesale patch order — leaving you with a product that’s just as unique as your business. Therefore, the cost of your custom patches varies depending upon both quantity and your selected customization options. Click on the “GET STARTED” button to pinpoint the pricing for your design. 

Use our online product creation portal to start with the basics by clicking on “GET STARTED” in the upper right-hand corner of this page. Once you’ve nailed down the style and quantity of your patches, the real fun begins! Design every aspect of your custom patches, from the materials to the fabrication method. If you have a design ready, simply upload that design to our portal — or, if you’re more of a “back of the napkin” designer, work with one of our in-house graphic designers to bring your idea to life. Once your order is submitted, we’ll send a digital mockup within 24 hours. If you approve, we’ll create a sample patch for your final review — and then, with your blessing, we’ll push to full production.

Absolutely! We offer complimentary digital samples of your wholesale patch design. This means we’ll create an actual sample of your design, selected customization options, etc., and upload a high-resolution photo of the sample to our portal for your review. Customer satisfaction is paramount, so we want your final approval before we proceed to full production. If you would prefer to receive a physical sample of your patches, we can arrange the sample shipment to your address — simply pay the shipping cost. Embroidered, woven and printed patches can fit in a Tervis Tumbler. Embroidered patch minimum size is 2”, Woven patch minimum size is 0.5” and Printed patches at 0.5”.

We can make a patch as small as 0.5” (Printed and Woven) but details are subject to assessment as complicated designs may no longer be legible in the final product if the size is too small.

Embroidered Patches

Embroidered patches work great for uniforms (armed forces, emergency workers, etc.) and as high-end accessories for jackets, caps and bags.

Woven Patches

Woven Patches are perfect giveaways at events. If you are organizing an event, you can have all the volunteers wearing the patches on their uniforms to add a unique touch. They also work well as creative accessories for clothing, denims, caps and bags.

Printed patches are great for giveaways or light-use situations, where you can convey a lot in a single patch.

Leather Patches

Leather patches are classically applied to jeans and jackets of various kinds to give them an upscale look, but they’re also great for t-shirt pockets, canvas and twill textured products, various head ware, and bags.

PVC patches are a fantastic option for sports teams, airsoft groups, scout troops… the list goes on! Both versatile and stylish, PVC patches can serve virtually any purpose. PVC patches also ranges from a wide variety of colors and shapes.
