Damon and Sally: It’s our logo. One who wears it is proud to rep our brand. DSP happens to be our initials but it also stand for ‘dynamic skilled performance.’
The/Studio: Do you have any promotions you would like to offer our community?
Damon and Sally: If you are a CrossFitter in the Central Texas area, we would love to have you visit.
The/Studio: Do you have any upcoming events that our community members can attend?
Damon and Sally: Check us out on social media, we host a competition (Wodapalooza) that caters to beginners (but also hosts advanced level athletes in the summer event.)
The/Studio: is there anything our community members can do to help?
Damon and Sally: We are proud supporters of a non profit organization called Barbells for Boobs. Every year we fund raise for this amazing cause. We also charge admission to our December Wodapalooza, we choose a charity to receive the monies collected. We have built a water well in Africa, bought an adaptive bike for a special needs child, and supported military families at Christmastime. We are in the process of choosing our charity for this December already!
The/Studio: That is wonderful! What a great cause! Thank you Damon and Sally for sharing your story with us! What a great duo!
