THE/STUDIO Technologies, Inc. ("THE/STUDIO," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to responsible email practices. We do not send unsolicited commercial email and we require that anyone using our platform or services adhere to the same standard.

Our Commitment

We only send email communications to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive them, either by creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing to our marketing communications. We do not send unsolicited bulk email and we do not permit our platform or services to be used for this purpose.

Our Practices

We do not purchase, rent, borrow, or otherwise acquire third-party email lists.
Every marketing email we send includes a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism.
We honor all unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly, and no later than within 10 business days of receipt.
All commercial email communications sent by THE/STUDIO include our full legal name and physical mailing address.
We do not use deceptive subject lines or sender information in our email communications.

Platform Use

THE/STUDIO's platform and services may not be used to send unsolicited messages of any kind. Any customer, subscriber, or user found to be using our platform to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications will have their access suspended or terminated immediately.

Reporting Abuse

If you have received an unsolicited email that appears to originate from THE/STUDIO, or if you believe our platform is being misused to send spam, please report it to us at support@thestudio.com. Please include the full email headers and a copy of the message where possible. We take all abuse reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
