Embroidered patches turn artwork into textured, wearable designs stitched with thread onto twill or felt backing. Used across fashion, uniforms, sports, retail merchandise, and tactical gear, embroidered patches create a dimensional look and feel that printed graphics cannot replicate. Designs are digitized into embroidery files and produced on industrial embroidery machines, with backing options including iron-on, velcro, adhesive, sew-on, magnetic, and pin attachments. Embroidered patches can be produced in nearly any shape, size, or thread color.

Thread coverage is the percentage of the patch surface that is embroidered. It affects how the patchlooks, how heavy it feels, and price range. Most orders run at 75%.
