What it is

THE/STUDIO Membership is our free program for registered customers. Members get always-on savings across our catalog of custom products, plus access to bigger seasonal promotions and exclusive email-only offers.

• Free to join. No fees, no commitments.

• Always-on savings: 40% off list price on eligible custom products.

• Seasonal promotions: 50% or more during major sale periods (e.g., holidays).

• Email-only exclusives: Limited-time promo codes available only to members.

How the discounts work

1) Member pricing (40% off)

• Applies automatically when you’re signed in.

• Eligible scope: all custom products in our catalog (pins, patches, apparel, accessories, and more).

• Pricing formula:

  Member Price = List Price × (1 − 0.40)

  Shipping, taxes, duties, and rush/expedite services are not discounted unless explicitly stated.

Example:

List price: $100 → Member price: $60 (40% off)

Free Shipping and taxes are included.

2) Seasonal promotions (50% or more off)

• These are time-limited events such as Christmas or Black Friday.

• Always-on savings: 40% off list price on eligible custom products.

• Stacking: seasonal promotions do not stack with the 40% member discount.

Example:

List price: $100 → Christmas promo 50% off → $50 (better than $60 member price).

3) Email-only offers

• Members-only promo codes sent via email.

• These are often category-specific (for example, patches) or quantity-based (for example, orders over $300).

• Discounts do not stack unless the email explicitly states otherwise.

• Limited-time windows and usage caps may apply.

Joining and using your benefits

1. Sign up free with your email and complete password setup.

2. You’ll be logged in automatically after registration.

3. Shop as usual and you’ll see member pricing on product pages and in your cart.

4. Watch your inbox for seasonal announcements and members-only codes.

5. At checkout, we’ll automatically apply the best available discount (member price or seasonal promo).

6. If you have an eligible email code, enter it in the promo field.

Fair use and eligibility

• One personal account per customer. We monitor for abuse, such as duplicate accounts created to bypass limits.

• Business accounts are welcome. If you purchase for a company, register with your work email.

• Geographic availability may vary where legal or tax restrictions apply.

Frequently asked questions

Is membership really free?

Yes. There are no sign-up or monthly fees.

Do discounts apply to reorders?

Yes. If you’re signed in, your member or seasonal pricing applies to qualifying reorders.

Can I combine multiple discounts?

Generally, no. We apply the single best price available to your order. If stacking is allowed, the offer will clearly say so.

Will I lose the 40% if there’s no active promotion?

No. The 40% member discount is always available for eligible products outside of seasonal events.

How do email-only offers work?

We send unique promo codes to members. These may have product or category restrictions, spend thresholds, or usage limits. Details are included in each email.

What if I don’t get the emails?

Check your spam folder, add us to your safe sender list, and make sure marketing emails are enabled in your account settings.
